Pre-Order/Presale T&CsThese Pre-Order/Presale Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders ("Pre-Order") with Tribeall Wear LLC (“we”, “ us”, or “Tribeall") for our clothing and other accessories ("Products"). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any Tribeall Products. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. Pre-Order Reservation/Presale Information When placing a Pre-Order for Tribeall Products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current in the event that your information changes between the time of order and the time of shipment. Tribeall shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to goat@tribeallwear.com. You acknowledge and agree that Tribeall may decline or delay reservations to avoid oversubscription or as it deems appropriate, provided that we will make efforts to inform you within 14 days of our receipt of your Pre-Order, and that you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase Price. In addition, you acknowledge and agree that participation in the Presale and making a Pre-Order Reservation is only to obtain Tribeall products for personal use, and that the Products will not be used for commerical or resale purposes. Payment You will be charged the full Price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order. If Tribeall is unable to commence shipping the Products by or within six months of your placing the Pre-Order, Tribeall shall process a full refund to you. Your placing of a preorder constitutes your express agreement to Tribeall of charging the full Price of the Products at such time. Delivery Schedule Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (ETD) is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Tribeall does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Tribeall is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you periodic updates with respect to such delivery schedule. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your Product, you may cancel your reservation as provided for in these T&Cs. Price The purchase price ("Price") does not include taxes and other government charges, which are your responsibility. If the Price drops after you have pre-ordered, we will refund you the difference. If the Price goes up, your order is secure at the low Price. The Pre-Order Price is valid from the moment you place the Pre-Order right up to 5 days after you receive the item. To claim a refund for the difference, email us at goat@tribeallwear.com. Cancellation You may cancel your Pre-Order and obtain a full refund by sending an email to goat@tribeallwear.com within 48 hours of the time the order is placed. You may return your Pre-Order after delivery by following the applicable instructions for Returns in the FAQs. Tribeall may cancel your Pre-Order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that your Product is ready for delivery. If Tribeall cancels your pre-order reservation you will receive a full refund of the purchase Price (and you will not pay any processing fee). Limitation of Liability Tribeall will not be held liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages arising out or related to this Agreement. In the event Tribeall is held liable for any damages arising out or related to this Agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy will be the full refund of your purchase price. Terms and Conditions of Presale/Pre-Order The purchase of the Products is subject to additional terms and conditions provided by Tribeall. The current Terms and Conditions of Sale can be found in the footer of the checkout page and are subject to change without notice. Your purchase of the Product will be subject to these terms and conditions and the refund policy. Age and Residency You acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old, are a resident of the Unites States, and will take delivery of your Product in the United States. You acknowledge and agree that Tribeall will initially focus its service efforts on certain geographical areas, and may expand to other areas as the company grows. Customer Information We will use any information that we may collect about you only in accordance with our privacy policy. Tribeall disclaims any warranties, express or implied, with respect to the prototype product displayed by Tribeall whether before or after you have placed the Pre-Order or participated in the Presale. You understand and agree that the Product, its design and features are currently under development and that the Product that may be available for purchase by you may be materially different from the prototype product. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the final version of the Product, your sole and exclusive remedy will be to return the Product in accordance with the Refund Policy (FAQs) and obtain a full refund. Changes to the Terms Tribeall reserves the right to change any of the terms for any or no reason. We will provide notice of any material changes and, if you are unhappy with such changes, your sole and exclusive remedy will be to cancel your Pre-Order as described above. Miscellaneous Provisions These Terms constitutes the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to its subject matter and it supersedes all prior agreements, representations and understandings of the parties. This Agreement shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. The venue for any actions relating to the subject matter or enforcement of this Agreement shall be in San Diego County, the place were this Agreement was entered and is to be performed. You may not assign this Agreement or any of the rights granted to you hereunder.

I LOVE my shorts! But just out of curiosity... What is your return policy?See references below regarding Products purchased during the Presale. We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tribeall Wear, but if something just doesn't work out for you, we accept returns for merchandise purchased at regular price provided that (1) it's in original (new, unused and unwashed) condition, (2) with tags fully attached, and (3) in a return envelope that is postmarked with a date that's within 30 days of the date on your purchase receipt. Shipping charges, if any, are nonrefundable. For non-regular priced items, we have the following return policies: * Items purchased for 20-40% off and items purchased during the Presale/Pre-Order may be returned in the same manner as regular priced items, except that the return envelope must be postmarked with a date that is within 14 days of the shipment date on your purchase receipt. * Items purchased as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, credits, or exchanges of any kind. Kindly reach out to Tribeall Wear Member Care Team via email to begin your return processing. Please provide your order number, name, and contact information so that we can assist you. We ask you to allow up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. We will notify you via email once an eligible return has been processed. Also, note that it may take your bank or credit card additional time to process the return amount to your account, and that you should contact them with any questions regarding the timeframe for processing amounts credited to your account. Please include your order number and a copy of your receipt, packing list or email to Member Care with your return to ensure a prompt and accurate refund. What is your exchange policy?"To exchange an item, please take the following steps: * Send an email to Tribeall Wear's Member Care Team for approval of your request for exchange. Keep in mind that "Final Sale" items cannot be returned or exchanged. * Order your replacement item (that you want instead of the item you're sending back to us). This will ensure that your selected replacement item is available. We'll issue a refund for your original purchase/exchanged item as soon as we receive it. When sending an item for exchange, please make sure that it's in original (new, unused and unwashed) condition, with tags fully attached. Requests for exchange must be made within 30 days of the date on the original receipt. Tribeall Wear is not able to process requests for exchange on orders shipped internationally. If your item is defective, or your order is incorrect, please contact our Member Care Team via email.

Shipping InfoWe offer free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $100 USD. (The following terms are not applicable to Presale Orders.) Orders placed before 2pm Pacific time, Mon - Fri, will ship within 2 business days (not including weekends or holidays.) Add one business day for an order placed after 2pm Pacific time, Mon - Fri. Your order will be sent using Standard Shipping unless you select an alternative method. Your shipping confirmation email will include a link to track your package. We ship within the US (all states and US territories) and to certain countries internationally. Orders sent to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are ineligible for expedited shipping.
